SAVOY SWING OUT: Spanish

In this course, I explain the technique so that you can do the Savoy Swing Out in different situations.

The Savoy Swing Out is a way of doing the Swing Out that can be led or not. The leader can choose to send you straight out on the 5, but if you want to, and the leading is not too tight, you can go straight out on the 5 and propose what you want to do.

The Savoy Swing Out works very well with fast tempos because by stepping without turning on the 5, we save energy and it is more functional. With a good connection, the subsequent swing on the 7 will be very organic and will not cost anything.

This is a step that you can also do with medium or slow tempos. In this case, setting variations to interpret the music will be even easier.
